Attorneys and support staff with firsthand information about alleged wrongdoing involving the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office may submit information here without providing a name, email address, or phone number.

Important: Do not submit information that you are legally prohibited from disclosing, including attorney-client privileged material, grand-jury material, sealed records, or other information protected from disclosure by law. Some disclosures may be protected by applicable whistleblower laws, but submitting this form does not itself create legal protection or an attorney-client relationship.

This form does not ask for your name, email address, or telephone number. The submission script below is designed not to add your IP address or browser details to the message sent to the campaign.

However: ordinary web-hosting systems may create server access logs that contain technical information such as IP addresses. This page should not be described as guaranteeing technical anonymity unless the hosting and logging configuration has been separately verified.
